Fonteyn needed to move a large webshop from Magento to Shopify without losing organic traffic, product data, accumulated SEO value, all while keeping pages accessible. The catalogue included extensive product information, images, categories and metafields, which can create some issues in a migration.

Alongside the completed webshop for Fonteyn, the project produced a reusable migration approach that Optivaize can adapt for similar projects to help companies migrate to Shopify faster and safer.
